Short Sale Boot Camp in Cincinnati with Short Sale Queen Teaches Investors How to Create Deals on House in Foreclosure

(PRWeb) January 31, 2007 -- The Short Sale Queen, Deb McMillan, is holding her third Nuts 'n Bolts of Short Sales Boot Camp May 18-20 2007, in Cincinnati, Ohio. This Boot Camp teaches investors how to convince banks to take deep discounts on houses already in foreclosure.

The event involves three days of lecture from Deb and class participation, the study of a special handout and question and answer sessions as well as reviewing individual deals, discussing strategies and creating marketing pieces. You'll learn how to attract motivated sellers, how to find people with money to loan the investor and how to jump over the hurdles of getting a clear title in time to close the deal quickly.

All attendees will receive a manual describing the short sale process in detail. This includes information on how to get the seller to do exactly what needs to be done, how to negotiate with the bank when they initially deny the short sale to buy the property and how the seller filing bankruptcy affects the deal. In addition, attendees will receive a manual on forbearance, 7 cd's and much more information.

With more than two hundred billion dollars in defaulted mortgages in 2006, the market for helping homeowners facing foreclosure is massive. Selling the house to a third party before the sheriff's sale saves the homeowner's credit, sanity and in most cases need to pay back any delinquent amounts to the first and second mortgagers. It also lets the investor buy for less, then repair and resell or rent the house.

Deb McMillan has been helping homeowners through short sales and forbearances for over six years. She has helped through buying distressed properties and restoring them to saleable condition. During that time, Deb also worked for the Procter and Gamble Company in Products Research. While there, she learned problem solving techniques, techniques she is now using to solve problems for homeowners and investors.

"I don't know why everyone who is in foreclosure wouldn't want to work with Deb," said L. Johnson from Cincinnati, Ohio. "This system bought my house for less than the bank was owed and the bank didn't want the difference. I've started a new job I love; I'm feeling like I'm starting my life over. Now I'm looking for other homeowners in foreclosure so I can buy their houses."

More than 50 people attended the last Boot Camp in April 2006, and 75 seats are available for the May 2007 event. Dress is casual.

The event will be held at the Holiday Inn Greater Cincinnati Airport from 8:30am-5:00pm on May 18-20 2007. For more information, contact Deb McMillan or visit http://www.shortsalequeen.com.
