Len Fairfield, Manager of HandCrafted Homes Builders in New Bern, worked with Bill and Jane Newbern, owners of the Radio Island Marina, to tear down the existing structure and replace it with a larger, upgraded building. The new two-story marina offers office space and a retail shop on the first floor, while a clubhouse for slip owners occupies the second floor.
