PossibleNOW Offers Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® Members a Program to Assist With Do Not Call Compliance

Duluth, GA (PRWEB) October 1, 2007 -- PossibleNOW, a leading provider of Do Not Call compliance solutions and services, announced today that the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® (PAR) is offering a new program to its members that provides free access to PossibleNOW's DNCQuickcheck? service. DNCQuickcheck gives real estate professionals an easy and effective means to comply with federal and state Do Not Call laws.

Under the terms of this program, the PAR will pay for its members to access PossibleNOW's DNCQuickcheck service, an Internet-based Do Not Call compliance tool. The program applies to individual agents as well entire real estate offices. There is no cost to the PAR member except for a nominal one-time set up fee per office.

DNCQuickcheck provides a complete set of tools to help PAR members comply with all aspects of the federal and state Do Not Call laws. DNCQuickcheck is specifically designed to meet the compliance needs of individual real estate agents, allowing them to easily and quickly identify consumers who don't want to be contacted.

DNCQuickcheck goes beyond simply checking phone numbers for Do Not Call status. DNCQuickcheck will help members ensure compliance with federal and state Do Not Call regulations through features such as online training for all agents to meet the federal requirement for Do Not Call training, a Policy Wizard to create and fulfill a company's Do Not Call Policy upon request, management of internal Do Not Call lists, and more.
