Viscern, Inc., Announces Sale of Diocesan Group Of RSI Catholic Services to OFK

Dallas, TX (PRWEB) January 14, 2008 -- Viscern, a Dallas-based firm serving the national and international not-for-profit sector, announces the sale of the diocesan group of RSI Catholic Services to O'Meara, Ferguson and Kearns (OFK).

Viscerns RSI division pioneered service to Catholic dioceses, including leading the Archdiocese of Chicago in the $250 million Millennium Campaign, the largest diocesan capital campaign in the Catholic Churchs history. RSI will continue to provide specialized stewardship consulting and unparalleled client service to individual schools and parishes, while OFK will manage the similar needs of dioceses and religious orders. OFK will engage with clients under the RSI Catholic Services brand in the near term. Viscerns RSI Catholic Services group will be rebranded as simply RSI, with a special market emphasis on Catholic Schools and Parishes. This market segment will be led by Senior Vice President, Mike Halloran.

Viscern sought OFK due to its unique commitment to Catholic dioceses and their local communities. OFK provides consulting and investment management advisory services to Catholic dioceses. Dan Conway, former president of the Viscern RSI Catholic Services group will join OFK as President and CEO of RSI Catholic Services, an OFK Company.
