Real Estate Finance Firm RRMS Capital Announces the Hiring of Lori Schupbach as Finance Manager

Phoenix, AZ (PRWeb) December 18, 2006 -- RRMS Capital, the financing division of PTE Real Estate Group, LLC, announced today the recent hiring of Lori Schupbach as Finance Manager.

RRMS Capital provides its clients with bridge loans and hard-money financing for the real estate investments that they make with other PTE Real Estate Group subsidiaries. Through its extensive network, the company is able to offer access to the quickest, simplest interim financing solutions.

The company also works with clients looking for high-yielding investments secured by real property. The company's other services include dealing directly with lending institutions to help with the disposition of under-performing real estate assets.

Lynum points to a strong growth year in 2006 for RRMS Capital, and says he expects next year to be even better. "Hiring Lori has been one way that we're gearing up for even stronger growth in 2007," Lynum said.
